Our in house team have great experience in managing the whole process of a new build. The experience varies from standard building contracts to design and build contracts. Developing the project individually with the client or stakeholders, Inseen have excelled in providing a personal touch to the cater to the needs of the client and also acknowledging their respective experience of projects which they would like to undertake. Our design team can assist with the concept design and develop this into the planning application, should planning have already be achieved then development of the design and construction detail would be undertaken to meet and exceed the clients requirements. Inseen will manage the process until completion overseeing all liaison with local authorities, health and safety executives and novated/specialist contractors employed where required.
