This bespoke triple bay hangar offers some 12,000m2 of aircraft parking, bordered by high-end two storey offices with independent access cores and high-end M&E solutions. The project included demolition of existing hangar, extensive apron works and lighting which involved the removal and reinstatement of existing PQ concrete slabs and substructure, landscaping services and drainage infrastructure and temporary taxiway redirection. This was successfully delivered in a busy business airport near to live operations, the project was completed on time and under budget, while accommodating major client enhancements and additional works.
