A steel framed three storey sixth form centre that comprised of laboratory teaching spaces and a large span study hall at ground floor level with a 360 seat recital and drama hall at first floor level, alongside other accommodation. The successful tender was awarded due to Inseen’s honest, integrity and expertise at working within a highly controlled environment, while being able to accommodate change in a live project with minimum expense or prolongation. As the works were going on alongside the operational school environment, particular attention was paid to site security and child protection, while carefully programming any noisy and disruptive work outside of school opening times.
